Scaling Up the Production of Electrodeposited Nanowires: A Roadmap towards Applications

The use of metallic nanowires is mostly reduced to scientific areas where a small quantity nanostructures are needed. In order broaden the applicability these nanomaterials, it necessary establish novel synthesis protocols that provide larger amount than conventional laboratory fabrication processes at more competitive cost. this work, we propose several modifications electrochemical in increase production with considerably time and To end, soft anodization procedure recycled aluminum room temperature produce alumina templates, followed by galvanostatic growth CoFe nanowires. We studied their morphology, composition magnetic configuration, found properties very similar those obtained methods.
